Allied Insulation & Supply Inc. is moving into larger digs with a 40,000-square-foot lease in Garland.
This summer, the company will come out of about 30,000 square feet at 2737 Market St. in Garland and shift to Jupiter Distribution Center at 850 S. Jupiter Road.
Henry S. Miller Brokerage associates Pete Richardson and Michael Herzstein represented Allied in the lease. Michael Peinado of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord.
Jupiter Distribution Center is a one-story, 170,731-square-foot facility built in 1996. It's also home to Petco’s distribution center.
