An affiliate of Kisco Senior Living has agreed to buy Villa de San Antonio, a senior living community in Northwest San Antonio.
Villa de San Antonio consists of 138 independent living apartments, 55 assisted living apartments and 24 cottage homes. It is located at 8103 North Hollow.
Villa de San Antonio is currently owned by Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corp. of Homewood, Ill.
The buyer of the facility, KSL Texas Communities SA LLC, is an affiliate of Kisco Senior Living, based in Carlsbad, Calif. Kisco owns and operates 18 senior communities in five states.
Kisco founder and President Andy Kohlberg says his company is pursuing this acquisition because Texas is a targeted growth area for the company.
Kisco expects to close on the purchase in June. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
