After 30 years in the same location, Benchmark Hospitality International has opened new corporate offices in The Woodlands.
The company said it simply outgrew its previous spot at 2170 Buckthorne Place. There, Benchmark had grown to occupy two floors.
In the new space on 4 Waterway Square, all departments, including a total of 48 employees are once again housed on one floor. Employees include executives and support staff.
Benchmark operates a portfolio of 30 luxury hotels, resorts and conference centers in locations coast to coast, offshore and in Japan.
