TRT Holdings Inc., the parent company of Omni Hotels & Resorts, plans to move its headquarters from Irving to Dallas in 2013.
The company, which also owns Gold’s Gym International, will reveal its plans to build a new headquarters tomorrow morning at Dallas City Hall.
Mayor Mike Rawlings, economic development officials, Harlan Crow of Crow Holdings, and TRT owner Bob Rowling are expected to be at the announcement.
