Hampton Inn & Suites has broken ground on a 94-room hotel at the northwest corner of Trophy Wood Drive and Plaza Drive in Trophy Club.
The Trophy Club area is a premium submarket in North Texas for the hotel, said developer Raj Chudasama.
Contractors began grading the two-acre site on Monday, with construction on the hotel scheduled to start in early February.
Kriya Management Group of Irving will manage the property. Greenstreet Construction is the general contractor.
