Williams Square, the 1.4-million-square-foot Class A office complex in Las Colinas, has been bought by Atlanta-based The Brookdale Group in the largest office acquisition in Dallas-Fort Worth in the past year.
The Williams Square complex includes a 26-story office tower flanked by two 14-story towers and an adjacent five-story building on 16 acres. It is the fourth property the group has acquired in the past year for its Brookdale Investors Six LP fund.
The property is best known for "The Mustangs of Las Colinas," that features nine bronze mustangs in its central plaza.
Brookdale said it plans to make nearly $10 million in capital improvements to the property that fronts Lake Carolyn.
