An Austin residential homebuilder has secured the land it needs to build The Reserve at Brushy Creek, a proposed $25 million luxury home development in Cedar Park.
MileStone Community Builders LLC secured the land through a deal brokered by Austin-based Duncan Commercial LLC.
Developers said the city of Cedar Park has approved MileStone’s construction plans and ground breaking is slated for early this month.
The development will include an amenity center, playground and a large pond and fountain at the entry to the community.
The MileStone land contract was brokered by Joe Duncan, founder and owner of Duncan Commercial, and Patrick Shelton, a partner at Duncan Commercial.
MileStone Community Builders was founded in 2009 and has 26 workers in Austin.
