Francesca’s Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: FRAN) said on Dec. 29 it will relocate its headquarters and its distribution facilities from its current space at 3480 W. 12th St. to an existing building six miles away.
The Houston-based fashion retailer said its headquarters staff, warehousing, distribution, ecommerce operations and economic fulfillment divisions will be located at its new 218,000-square-foot space. The company also has the option to lease an additional 122,000 square feet of space if it expands operations.
Francesca’s leased the new facility until 2020, and it has options to renew the lease for up to 10 years
Francesca’s will dilute its shares by about 1 cent per share for the cost of relocating, which is approximately $700,000. The company closed trading on Dec. 29 at $17.34 a share.
Calls to Francesca’s were not immediately returned to find information about the exact location of the new facility.
