Reliant Rehabilitation Hospital in Dallas has been bought by New York-based American Realty Capital, a real estate investment trust.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
The newly-built four-story, 60-bed rehabilitation hospital near Royal Lane and U.S. Highway 75 in Dallas was acquired from a partnership between Dallas-based Realty Capital Partners and The Cirrus Group.
The hospital is 100 percent leased to a partnership between Reliant Healthcare Partners and 20 local physicians.
