Bering Office Partners LLC has acquired the 10-story office building at 1800 Bering in the Galleria area from Coast Range Investments for an undisclosed amount.
Bering Office Partners is a joint venture between Harbert United States Real Estate Fund IV L.P. and Fuller Realty Advisers of Houston.
The building, which is 85 percent occupied, was constructed in 1982 and renovated in 2005. Current tenants include Time Warner Cable, Flagstone Financial Services and Prudential Insurance Co.
Rudy Hubbard, Paul House and Leah Gallagher with Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) represented Coast Range on the sale and secured debt financing for the buyer.
