Mercantile Partners LP will break ground on a two-building, 188,000-square-foot office and warehouse speculative development this month.
The development will be at Mercantile Center in north Fort Worth. Each building will be94,000 square feet and include 28 dock doors.
The warehouse occupancy rate at Mercantile Center — a 1,300-acre park off Meacham Boulevard — has reached 95 percent, which prompted development of the project, said Brian Randolph, vice president of Mercantile Center.
