December 14th, 2011—Garan Commercial Properties announced that it has leased 8,400 sf on behalf of it's long term client, Rippling Water LLC, to MPAC Academy LLC.
Rippling Water LLC is a Texas based privately held company investing in income assets throughout the State. Garan Commercial Properties is its exclusive representative in Texas.
MPAC is an arts focused after school program opening its second location in early 2012 in the Westside of Houston at 15160 Rippling Water, Houston, Texas 77084. Their mission is: "To educate, encourage, and inspire youth through the ARTS in a cultivating environment that will foster creativity, build appreciation, and empower a lasting impression extending beyond their educational years."
Garan Commercial Properties is a Houston based brokerage founded n 2008 to provide integrated real estate services to owner, users, and investors of commercial real estate. They provide brokerage, management, and consulting services throughout Texas and select areas of the country. Their principle office is in downtown Houston.
