Michael Anbinder and Scott Foster are asking the city to rezone property for the Cedar Park Town Center to accommodate changes in the market, the developers said.
The vision for the mixed-use, high-density project is no longer doable, Anbinder and Foster said. The developers want residential and commercial in the development, though in separate buildings.
