Austin law firm Sneed Vine & Perry PC is moving across the street from its current location on Congress Avenue.
The firm plans to take 9,602 square feet of third-floor office space at 900 Congress Ave.
The transaction will include a full demolition and reconstruction of the new space.
Tim Wright, the owner of Caddo|CM, an Austin-based project management consulting company, was named project manager while Burt Watts was named general contractor for the reconstruction project.
The law firm, now at 901 Congress Ave., will be vacating a 14,500-square-foot building. The firm, which has been at the current spot for 30 years, plans to move into the new space by Jan. 1, 2012.
Sneed Vine & Perry has been in Austin since 1926 and has a satellite office in Georgetown at 1104 South Church St.
