Las Colinas, with completed square footage of 24,299,622, finished at the top of the Largest North Texas Office Parks listing.
The Irving park, which has 20 buildings along with 7,500 tenants, easily outdistanced the other parks on the Top 25 listing. Marketing representatives are Leanne Weymouth and John Bonnot of the Irving Economic Development Partnership.
Legacy, located in Plano, placed second with 15,500,000 square feet of space.
