AmeriMex Motor & Controls has recently purchased a 58,000-square-foot warehouse at 610 Milby, adding on to the 80,000 square feet of space at its headquarters at 707 North Drennan, near Navigation Boulevard.
Wayne Stockstill started AmeriMex Motor & Controls in 1998 with a small business loan, a GMC Jimmy truck and a 14-foot trailer. Twelve years later, the company’s annual revenue is at $24 million, it has since hired 140 employees and sees a bright future ahead. The company is currently interviewing welders and machinists to help meet demand.
