Shred-It International Inc. has signed a lease for 19,600 square feet of industrial space at 1625 Wallace in Carrollton, where it will move its regional Dallas shredded document operations.
Dan Cook and Mark Becker fromCushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented Shred-It. J. Scott Moore from Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Realty.
In March, Recall acquired the records management portion of the Shred-It's business and had planned to expand the operations in key markets of Dallas, Chicago and Birmingham, Ala.
Canada-based Shred-It retained the company's U.S. operations for its shredded document services, which is the operation moving to Carrollton.
