A California-based investor has bought a 110,906-square-foot, single-tenant industrial facility at 14001 Inwood Road in Farmers Branch.
LBA Realty purchased the property fromThomas Willis and his partnership Willwood Ventures.
Willis acquired the property in 2009. He worked with the tenant, Cenveo Corp. , to structure a long-term lease. The property is zoned for office, retail or apartment developments.
CB Richard Ellis Jack Fraker, Josh McArtor, Gary Carr, Russell Ingrum, and Jonathan Bryan brokered the deal forThomas Willis.
