Real estate experts are speculating that downtown Houston's Hess Tower, up for sale, could get as much as $444 million, or $525 per square foot, Reporter Nancy Sarnoff reported in the Houston Chronicle.
The 29-story Hess Tower was one of the many changes taking place in downtown Houston near the George R. Brown Convention Center over the past few years.
Trammell Crow Co. developed the 844,000-square-foot building, completed last year, and Hess Corp. relocated to the tower from Allen Center to be the sole tenant in the building.
CB Richard Ellis is marketing the property, Sarnoff reported.
