World Class Capital Group LLC has acquired for an undisclosed sum the Ciel Plaza, a Stone Oak area shopping center that was previously foreclosed on by its lender.
World Class purchased the 14,000-square-foot property from TransPecos Bank. Ciel Plaza is located at 20626 Stone Oak Parkway, two blocks west of U.S. Highway 281.
Tenants include Cabo Seafood & Bar restaurant, the Green Lantern bar, Quenedit Ballet School and Chianti to Canvas, a local paint studio that offers art classes while allowing guests to drink wine.
World Class Capital Group is a private equity firm based in Austin.
