Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions Inc. — a provider of technology services to the travel industry — announced Thursday it has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet of space to relocate its corporate offices to Lincoln Centre at the intersection of LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Tollway in Dallas.
Pegasus will move from its current location at Campbell Centre I off North Central Expressway.
Lincoln Centre is an ideal location for the company's Dallas employees, who travel from throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, CEO Mike Kistner said.
Art Green and Gianni LaBarba of CRESA Partners represented Pegasus Solutions. Matt Schendle and Meredith Durham of Cousins Properties represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF .
The Cousins Properties team —Schendle and Durham — also signed Societe Generale for 8,344 square feet of space at Lincoln Centre.
Societe Generale is a financial services organization. The firm was represented by Lauren Napper and Seth Weinstein of Newmark Knight Frank .
