There's a little something for everyone in the new tenant lineup at the Shops at Starwood in Frisco — an intimate apparel boutique for the women, a hardware store for the guys and a restaurant for the hungry.
Tupinamba’s, a Dallas fixture for Mexican food for more than 60 years, has leased 5,000 square feet for its second location at The Shops at Starwood, according to Dallas-based Hermansen Land Development, which is developing the center along the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco. The restaurant is scheduled to open in July.
Pierce Hardware, another Dallas landmark with more than 40 years in business, has leased 1,500 square feet at the Shops at Starwood and will open this summer. The hardware store's existing locations are at 6823 Snider Plaza in Dallas and 4030 W. Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth.
Ginny’s Underworld, a women’s intimate apparel boutique, is relocating from Plano to the Shops at Starwood in April. The luxury lingerie shop will move from its 20-year location at Park Boulevard and Preston Road, and will occupy about 1,400 square feet. The decision to move the store was based on the growth in Frisco and in Collin County northward, Ginny’s Underworld owner Susan Towle said.
The Shops at Starwood is a mixed-use center with specialty dining, boutique retailers and luxury office space.
