The Plaza at Preston Center announced it will begin construction next month on its five-story, mixed-use building on Preston Road south of Northwest Highway.
The project — which includes office and retail space — will house the University Park Library. Construction is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2012.
The University Park Library will have a separate entrance from the rest of the development, officials said.
