An affiliate of Dallas-based Realty Capital has sold an 8,006-square-foot office building at Gateway Plaza at the northwest corner of Denton Tap Road and State Highway 121 in Coppell.
The facility — 783 Denton Tap Road — sold for an undisclosed amount of money. It is 83 percent leased to a law firm and children's medical practice.
Realty Capital's Chad O'Neal represented the buyer in the transaction.
Gateway Plaza is roughly 50 percent developed with a master plan that includes retail shops, restaurants and professional and medical offices.
