Frost Bank has opened its first two-story financial center in Houston in Rice Village.
The 9,900-square-foot center is also the first Houston location to have a Community Room in which clubs, organizations and boards can hold meetings and events. Frost also plans to use this space to host financial seminars.
Other new features include a drive-thru Smart ATM that can make check and cash deposits without a deposit slip or envelope.
It also has what’s known as the Frost Room, an area with online banking stations, a flat screen television and a Texas library.
The bank has two other two-story, new-design centers the state in San Antonio and Plano.
Frost does operate a two-story location on Richmond Avenue at Greenway Plaza, but the company said it acquired the building through acquisition, and it isn't part of the new design concept.
Frost, the banking subsidiary of San Antonio-based Cullen/Frost Bankers Inc. (NYSE: CFR), has 25 locations in Houston.
