Furniture Marketing Group
will move its 17,000-square-foot corporate headquarters from 6200 Tennyson Parkway to the International Business Park at 6100 W. Plano Parkway in Plano.
The workplace furniture group recently signed the 10-year lease and plans to move into the Billingsley Co. building later this year. The building has 35,000 square feet remaining for lease, including 23,000 square feet of top floor space.
The site was a superior fit for the company's culture, said CFO Bob Bacic, adding that the LEED-certified environment was one of the deciding factors for the move.
Peloton Commercial Real Estate's Trevor Franke represented Furniture Marketing Group.
