Optimal Blue — a mortgage industry technology firm — recently signed a long-term lease that will double its corporate headquarters in Plano.
The firm signed for 9,419 square feet of space at the Parkwood Place office building in the Legacy Park neighborhood at 5601 Democracy Drive. The lease more than doubles Optimal Blue's previous space of 3,752 square feet.
Chris Morrow, president of Finley Morrow in Dallas represented Optimal Blue. Jones Lang LaSalle's Steve Everbach, Jeff Eckert, James Esquivel and Conor McCarthyrepresented the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, Calif.
The financial details of the transaction were not released.
