A large highway construction firm is moving up the road from Houston to The Woodlands.
Webber LLC signed a lease for 19,000 square feet in a building at 9303 New Trails. The company, which has $600 million in annual revenue, is currently located at 14333 Chrisman Rd., near the North Belt and Hardy Toll Road. The two sites are about 21 miles apart.
Webber was represented in the lease transaction by Dan Starr, Chris Lewis and Drew Lewis of Griffin Partners Inc. Dennis Conine with Conine & Associates Inc. represented the landlord, Town Center Development Co.
Founded in 1963, Webber works on airports, transit systems, ports, marine projects, highways, bridges, heavy civil construction and projects for the U.S. Department of Defense.
