Sztamenits Family Trust has purchased a 71,800-square-foot building at 1801 S. Beach Street in Fort Worth for an undisclosed price.
The 7.25 acre property had a proposed tax value of $1.46 million this year, according to the Tarrant County Appraisal District website that reported Sztamenits as the property owner.
NAI Robert Lynn 's Todd Hubbardand John Aldrich represented the seller of the property Secretariat LLC.
