The Texas Department of Public Safety leased another 11,025 square feet of administrative office space at 1033 La Posada Drive in North Austin.
That brings the department’s total square footage at the site to 28,214 square feet.
Brandon Schawe at Boxer Property Management negotiated the lease for the building’s management. Details on the transaction weren’t released, but LoopNet last listed in June 16,970 square feet of available space in the building for about $15 per square foot.
