Baker Katz LLC has acquired the Four Corners Shopping Center in Tomball from LNR Property LLC for an undisclosed sum.
Houston-based Baker Katz said it purchased the 120,000-square-foot property through an investment fund. The center is 35 percent occupied and is located at the intersection of FM 2920 and State Highway 249. The center holds the last remaining big box vacancy in Tomball, a 45,000-square-foot former Kroger space.
Baker Katz said in a statement that it plans a major renovation on the center later this year and will then look to re-lease.
LNR Property acquired the property in foreclosure in 2010.
