Trisun Healthcare and its partner Prevarian Senior Living LP are breaking ground on a new assisted living and memory care center on June 2 in Round Rock.
Wyoming Springs Assisted Living and Memory Care at 7230 Wyoming Springs Dr. will feature 102 assisted living units, including 32 units specifically for memory care residents. The community will employ 65 full-time staffers.
Trisun — an Austin-based skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living provider throughout Texas — will manage Wyoming Springs, while national real estate development and investment firm Prevarian Senior Living will own the building.
“We are excited about Wyoming Springs Assisted Living and Memory Care as we expand our services to Round Rock residents,” Harden Healthcare CEO Lew Little said.
“This community will be built to the highest standards and will offer state-of-the art amenities for its residents. We look forward to partnering with Prevarian Senior Living, a company that truly believes a senior community should feel like home.”
Wyoming Springs will open near Round Rock Medical Center, and is across the street from Park Valley Inn, a Trisun skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
