Hanover Real Estate Partners has approved new leases at the company’s Colonial Center property in Northwest San Antonio.
Trinity Title of Texas, a San Antonio-based title insurance company, is leasing 3,997 square feet of space in the building and janitorial services company DNR Facilities Services is occupying 1,725 square feet. Colonial Center is currently 75 percent leased.
