Five tenants recently have signed leases at The Cascades at The Colony, a 100-acre mixed use community near State Highway 121, for more than 34,000 square feet of space.
KFC US Properties Inc., the real estate arm of KFC Corp., has signed a 41-month lease for a 4,298-square-foot restaurant space to develop and create prototype store concepts of its fried chicken restaurant chains. KFC was represented by Tim Vogds of CB Richard Ellis.
Sigma Solutions Inc., a data center IT provider, has signed a 65-month lease for a 7,809-square-foot office space for its North Texas regional office. The tenant was represented by Doug Carignan of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Greyhaven Inc. has signed a five-year lease for a 4,906-square-foot office space for its corporate headquarters. The company was represented by Sany Kee of Kee Commercial Realty.
Prestonwood Baptist Church has signed a 63-month lease for a 10,680-square-foot warehouse space. The church was represented by Rick Marshall of the Thompson Realty Group/Brown & Griffin.
Williams-Sonoma DTC Texas Inc., the home furnishings and gourmet cookware retailer, has signed a 60-month lease for a 6,653-square-foot office space for a call center. The company was represented by Tom Pearson of Colliers International.
The landlord for the transactions was represented by Burson Holman and Adam Hammack at CB Richard Ellis. The project was developed under the direction of Jackson-Shaw's Jason Nunley and Justin Ridnour.
The signed leases bring the occupancy rate to 55 percent.
