C&R Trailer Repair Inc. has expanded its business and moved to 1000 Singleton Blvd. in Dallas, where the company recently signed a lease on six-acres of land and nearly 25,000 square feet of building space.
The space will be used for repair, sales and storage of truck trailers.
The tenant was represented by Jim Struble of NAI Robert Lynn. The landlord, Austin International Ventures, was represented by Ken Murchison of Murchison Commercial Real Estate.
Officials would not disclose the financial details of the transaction.
