World Class Capital Group LLC has bought two shopping centers in San Antonio, officials announced this week.
The Austin-based private equity firm sewed up deals on Westpark Plaza, a 135,000-square-foot shopping center in northwest San Antonio, and the Thousand Oaks Center nearby, a 70,000-square-foot shopping center on 10.5 acres at the corner of Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Nacogdoches Road.
Westpark Plaza is anchored by FAMSA as well as The Room Store and shadows the 1.1 million-square-foot Ingram Park Mall. Thousand Oaks Center is home to the dance hall Midnight Rodeo, which has been in the same location for 30 years, according to World Class Capital.
Terms of the deal weren’t released. World Class said it specializes in opportunistic real estate investments.
