Fort Worth Community Credit Union announced Tuesday it purchased a 4,000-square-foot bank building sitting on .95 acres of land in North Richland Hills.
The building, located on Davis Boulevard west of a Target-anchored shopping center, was previously occupied by Washington Mutual Bank.
The Fort Worth Community Credit Union branch is scheduled to open by mid-fall of this year.
Venture Commercial Real Estate's Christopher Gibbons represented the credit union. David Levinson of The Retail Connection represented the seller, Inland Western North Richland Hills.
