A Love Field area, two-building office complex sold to Commercial Developments International Inc. for an undisclosed amount of money.
Bluffview Towers, the 196,356-square-foot, Class A office complex, was sold by Capstar Real Estate Advisors along with an institutional seller. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP marketed the building on behalf of Capstar.
The complex, located at 3860 and 3890 Northwest Highway, was renovated in 2009 and the property is 96 percent leased by GSA, Inland American, Sewell, HEB Grocery and Atrium Companies, among other tenants.
The property's east tower has 126,132 square feet of office space in seven stories. The west tower has 70,224 square feet of office space in four stories.
