Carrollton-based Now Specialties Inc., an exterior wall-system designer, fabricator and installer, has expanded its current lease of its corporate headquarters, production and warehouse space.
The firm has signed a 45,178-square-foot building lease, which will make it the largest tenant in the three-building Country Club Place project off Belt Line Road. The new lease expands the previously held lease by 10,089 square feet.
The lease was set to expire at the end of October. It was the ninth year Now Specialties worked out of Country Club Place.
"It was pretty straightforward and we were able to get it done pretty quickly," said Brian Pafford, vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate, in a written release. "What helped us was our ability to accommodate their expansion needs now and in the foreseeable future."
Pafford negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord.
