Round Rock Honda and Round Rock Toyota's operator has leased a 71,150-square-foot property for an auto shop, according to a release on Wednesday.
Bloomfield Hills, Mich.- based Penske Automotive Group Inc. signed a long-term agreement for a building in the Crystal Park II at 106 Old Settlers Blvd. in Round Rock. The property will serve as a vehicle maintenance facility for the two Round Rock dealerships.
The office park, owned by KBS Real Estate Investment Trust I, totals 242,452 square feet of Class A industrial space near I-35. The new lease brings the property to 92 percent occupied.
Penske operates 325 retail franchises representing 39 brands, plus 25 collision centers. The company employs about 14,500 people.
