Texas Capital Bank has added more than 13,000 square feet of space to a location at 2350 Lakeside in Richardson, giving it more than 90,000 square feet in the mid-rise building, the bank has announced.
The Dallas bank said it is adding 9,000 square feet on the building's first floor. That will house a new banking center and offices for up to 28 people.
A separate 4,400-square-foot spot on the first floor will have nine employees in Texas Capital's lender finance group.
Texas Capital is expanding in Richardson to be closer to business customers, according to a release.
