Keystone Automotive Industries, a supplier in aftermarket, recycled and refurbished automotive parts, has signed a 168,000-square-foot lease in Grand Prairie.
Keystone, which is a subsidiary of automobile recycling giant LKQ Inc., will consolidate and relocate two of its existing Dallas facilities into one building.
Duke Realty Corp.'s Dallas office leased Keystone the space in the firm's Grand Lakes I building. The building, located near Interstate 30 and MacArthur Boulevard in Grand Prairie, is 72 percent occupied.
Keystone chose the location based on ample dock and drive-in door capabilities, as well as easy access, said Jeff Thornton, senior vice president of Duke Realty's Dallas operations.
"We are pleased that our Grand Lakes I building offered a complete solution to Keystone Automotive Industries' needs, including the space to consolidate their operations under one roof, as well as meet their additional square footage requirements," Thornton said, in a written statement.
The Calif.-based firm will move into the building this month.
