Urban Television Network, a recently opened Houston station, has leased 12,411 square feet of office and warehouse space in Antoine Crossing from Boxer Property Management Corp.
Lindsay Bryan negotiated the lease on behalf of Houston-based Boxer Property.
Urban Television, owned by Katy-based GGAV Media Corp., went on air two months ago on Channel 21. Programming includes “Different World,” “FBI Files,” “Rush,” “In the Heat of the Night” and R&B, hip hop, jazz, blues and gospel music videos.
The station, KVQT-LD, is operated by C. Dowen Johnson, according to a filing with the Federal Communications Commission. The network is planning to expand to 33 markets by the end of 2011.
