Just Fitness 4 U, an Atlanta-based national chain, is aggressively expanding in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with four new locations totaling more than 90,000 square feet. The fitness chain plans 20 additional sites across North Texas.
Just Fitness 4 U has leased the following:
-- A junior anchor space totaling 20,765 square feet in Casa Linda Plaza, a shopping center at Buckner Boulevard and Garland Road in East Dallas. The Casa Linda Plaza location opened Feb. 1.
-- A junior anchor space totaling 17,373 square feet in Hebron Heights, a shopping center at Hebron Parkway and Old Denton Road in Carrollton. This center is open.
-- A junior anchor space totaling 20,000 square feet in Mayfair Village, a shopping center at 500 Grapevine Highway in Hurst. The center is under construction.
-- A freestanding building totaling 33,890 square feet at 2524 North Galloway in Mesquite. This location is open.
Marc Marrocco, Perren Gasc and Beau Barkerding with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group are representing Just Fitness 4 U in its marketwide expansion.
Each location was or is being renovated to meet the standards of the Just Fitness concept. The gyms offer value-oriented memberships, state-of-the-art equipment and well-trained staffs.
Just Fitness operates in markets such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Jacksonville and Salt Lake City.
