Greystar Development Group LP plans to break ground in March on a new multi-family complex in The Woodlands.
The project will include 300 apartment units in 12 buildings on 12.5 acres.
Meeks + Partners of Houston is designing the three-story luxury complex at 2500 South Millbend Dr.
One-, two- and three-bedroom units will come in seven different floor plans. Apartments will feature granite countertops, wood flooring and individual garages.
Common areas will include a pool, outdoor dog park, clubhouse, fitness center, tanning room, game room, media room and gourmet kitchen.
Construction is expected to be finished in March 2012, according to Meeks + Partners.
