Hyundai Capital America will be expanding its operations and adding employees with a move to 45,000 square feet at Billingsley Company’s International Business Park, 6100 W. Plano Parkway.
Hyundai Capital America, formerly Hyundai Motor Finance Co., serves more than 1,500 Hyundai and Kia dealerships and 500,000 customers in the United States. It has more than 500 employees in California and Georgia.
“We continue to strengthen International Business Park as we secure landmark deals such as Hyundai,” said Lucy Burns, partner, Billingsley Company. “We look forward to helping the company and its employees easily transition into their new offices.”
Don Yahn and Wilson Stafford with Cushman and Wakefield represented Hyundai Capital America. Billingsley was represented by Trevor Franke, principal, and Aarica Mims, associate, with Peloton Realty.
