Christus Santa Rosa Hospital — Westover Hills will open the doors on Medical Plaza II on Feb. 1, its new 70,000-square-foot medical office building.
Construction began on Medical Plaza II in March 2010 to provide additional office space in the growing medical corridor along State Highway 151 in the master-planned community of Westover Hills. Medical Plaza I, situated next to the hospital, opened in December 2007 and is 100 percent occupied by 20 physician groups.
Medical Plaza II will house physicians in a range of medical specialities, including obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics and family and internal medicine. Currently, nearly 45,000 square feet of space in Medical Plaza II already is either leased or under negotiation.
Christus Santa Rosa Hospital — Westover Hills is part of Christus Santa Rosa Health System.
