Solanex Management Inc. has changed its name to Solanbridge Group Inc. and plans to acquire Corbridge Group Inc.
Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
The newly dubbed Solanbridge (OTCBB: SLNX) is a Houston-based holding company with real estate assets and has interests in telecommunications sales.
