San Antonio Housing Authority, Capital One Bank and Carleton Development will unveil a new $36 million apartment community in Downtown San Antonio called HemisView Village.
HemisView Village was built on the site of the former Victoria Courts public housing project.
San Antonio Housing Authority officials will host a resource fair for local residents and neighbors to provide information on financial literacy, health care, transportation, child care, education and employment.
