The Situs Cos. has opened an office in Atlanta to handle due diligence, loan underwriting, primary and special servicing and asset management.
The Houston-based commercial real estate advisory services firm has hired Tammy Ellerbe to manage the office, which is located in Buckhead, Ga. Prior to joining Situs, she was managing director and head of underwriting for CWCapital’s capital markets lending business.
Situs plans to recruit 25 professionals for the office.
Situs employs more than 120 professionals, primarily in its Houston and New York offices, and North Carolina operations center. The company also has offices in Boca Raton, Fla., Robbins, N.C., Montgomery, Ala. and Little Rock, Ark.
